- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions
- Prepare the seasoning: In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat the pork chops: Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the pork chops.
- Heat the pan: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and butter.
- Sear the pork chops: Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from pan and set aside.
