Instructions
1. Preparing the Shrimp
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and a panko mixture with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pat shrimp dry and coat in flour, then egg, then panko mixture.
2. Air Frying the Shrimp
- Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange shrimp in a single layer.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy. Cook in batches if needed.
3. Making the Bang Bang Sauce
- Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowl.
4. Assembling the Tacos
- Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
- Add a layer of shredded cabbage or slaw mix.
- Top with crispy shrimp, drizzle bang bang sauce, and garnish with cilantro and green onions.
