- 2 green onions, sliced

- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp vegetable or peanut oil (for cooking)
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients – Chop cabbage, mince garlic and ginger, julienne carrots, and slice green onions.
- Heat the Oil – In a large pan or wok, heat cooking oil over medium-high heat.
- Sauté Aromatics – Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add Vegetables – Toss in cabbage and carrots, stirring frequently.
- Season – Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, and red pepper flakes. Stir to coat vegetables evenly.
- Cook Until Tender – Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until cabbage softens but retains crunch.
- Finish & Serve – Drizzle with sesame oil, garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
