Instructions
- Preheat the Oven – Set to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease lightly.
- Prepare the Fish – Cut fish fillets into 1-inch-wide strips for even cooking.
- Set Up Breading Stations – In separate bowls:
- Bowl 1: Whisked eggs
- Bowl 2: Panko, parmesan, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper
- Bowl 3: Flour
- Coat the Fish – Dredge each fish strip in flour, dip into eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture. Press gently to adhere.
