  • 2 eggs, whisked
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • Cooking spray or olive oil

Instructions

  • Prepare the Fish – Cut fish fillets into 1-inch-wide strips for even cooking.

    • Bowl 1: Whisked eggs
    • Bowl 2: Panko, parmesan, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper
    • Bowl 3: Flour
  • Coat the Fish – Dredge each fish strip in flour, dip into eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture. Press gently to adhere.
