Instructions

  5. Arrange on baking sheet: Spread potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between pieces to ensure crispiness.
  6. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 35–40 minutes, flipping the potatoes halfway through, until golden brown and fork-tender.
