Ingredients
Scale
- ½ cup peanut butter (creamy or natural)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar or lime juice
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1–2 tsp Sriracha or chili paste (adjust to taste)
- ¼ to ½ cup coconut milk or water (for desired consistency)
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar (or lime juice), honey (or maple syrup), minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and Sriracha (or chili paste).

Notes
- Nut-Free Alternative: Swap peanut butter with sunflower seed butter or tahini.
- Sweeter Version: Increase honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness.
