Ingredients

  • Ground beef – 1 lb
  • Worcestershire sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Garlic powder – 1 tsp
  • Onion powder – 1 tsp
  • Salt – ½ tsp
  • Black pepper – ½ tsp
  • Flour tortillas – 4 medium (8-10 inch)
  • Shredded lettuce – 1 cup
  • Shredded cheddar cheese – 1 cup
  • Dill pickles – ½ cup, sliced
Special Sauce

  • Mayonnaise – ½ cup
  • Ketchup – 1 tbsp
  • Mustard – 1 tbsp
  • Sweet relish – 2 tbsp
  • White vinegar – 1 tsp
  • Sugar – ½ tsp
  • Paprika – ½ tsp
  • Garlic powder – ¼ tsp

Instructions

  • Cook the Beef – Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the ground beef, breaking it up as it browns. Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and cook until fully browned. Drain excess grease if needed.
  • Prepare the Sauce – In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, vinegar, sugar, paprika, and garlic powder until well combined.
  • Assemble the Wraps – Lay out flour tortillas and spread a generous amount of special sauce on each.
  • Add Toppings – Evenly distribute the cooked beef over the tortillas. Top with shredded lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, and sliced dill pickles.
  • Wrap It Up – Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
  • Optional Toasting – For extra crispness, toast the wrap in a dry skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes per side.

  • Serve and Enjoy – Slice in half if desired and serve warm.

Notes

  • Low-carb option – Use a low-carb tortilla or lettuce wrap.
  • Spicy twist – Add hot sauce or jalapeños.
  • Turkey alternative – Substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
  • Extra crunch – Add crispy fried onions or crumbled bacon.

  • Cheese variety – Use American cheese for an authentic Big Mac flavor.
