Instructions
- Prepare the Cauliflower: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Remove the leaves and trim the stem of the cauliflower while keeping it intact. Slice into 1-inch thick steaks.
- Season the Steaks: Arrange cauliflower steaks on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and evenly sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika on both sides.
- Roast the Cauliflower: Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Add the Cheese: Remove from oven and sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the steaks. Return to the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish and Serve: Top with fresh parsley and red pepper flakes if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
