  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook rotini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  6. Garnish and Serve: Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
