  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: about 12 bites 1x

Description

Cheesy Taco Ranch Bites are the perfect party snack! These crispy, cheesy bites are filled with seasoned ground beef, ranch seasoning, and melty cheese, all wrapped in flaky crescent roll dough. Quick, easy, and crowd-pleasing!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp ranch dressing mix
  • 1 can crescent roll dough
  • 12 jalapeños, sliced (optional)
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions
  • ½ cup sour cream (for dipping)

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat the Oven – Set to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Cook the Ground Beef – In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease and mix in taco seasoning per package instructions.

3️⃣ Mix the Filling – In a bowl, combine the cooked beef, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and ranch dressing mix until well blended.

4️⃣ Prepare the Dough – Roll out the crescent dough and cut it into squares.

5️⃣ Assemble the Bites – Spoon a small amount of the beef mixture onto each dough square. Add a slice of jalapeño for extra heat (optional).

6️⃣ Seal & Bake – Fold the dough over the filling, pinch the edges to seal, and place on the baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

7️⃣ Garnish & Serve – Sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve with sour cream for dipping.

Notes

🌱 Vegetarian – Swap ground beef for black beans or a plant-based alternative.
🔥 Spicy Kick – Add diced jalapeños or a splash of hot sauce.
🧀 Extra Cheesy – Use a blend of cheeses like pepper jack or mozzarella.
🌮 Crunchy Topping – Sprinkle crushed tortilla chips before baking for added texture.
