Instructions

  1. Cook Ground Beef: In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease and set aside.
  2. Sauté Aromatics: In the same skillet, sauté onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes until translucent.
  3. Add Taco Seasoning: Stir in taco seasoning, ensuring even coating.
  4. Combine Rice and Liquid: Add rice, broth, and diced tomatoes with their juice. Stir to combine.
