  • 34 slices prosciutto, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp crushed pistachios (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the cherries – Wash, pit, and halve the cherries.
  • Arrange the greens – Spread mixed greens on a serving platter or in a large bowl.
  • Add burrata – Tear burrata into smaller pieces and distribute evenly over the greens.
  • Layer prosciutto – Gently drape prosciutto slices over the salad.
  • Incorporate cherries & tomatoes – Scatter cherries and cherry tomatoes over the top.
  • Make the dressing – Whisk together balsamic glaze, olive oil, honey, and lemon juice. Season with salt and black pepper.
  • Drizzle the dressing – Pour evenly over the salad.
  • Garnish & serve – Top with fresh basil and crushed pistachios. Serve immediately!
