Instructions
- Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract. Stir until well blended.
- Line a Baking Sheet: Use parchment paper to line a baking sheet for easy removal.
- Spread the Yogurt: Pour the yogurt mixture onto the parchment paper and spread it evenly into a thin layer.
- Add the Cherries: Scatter the halved cherries evenly across the yogurt layer.
- Top with Extras: Sprinkle granola, chopped nuts, or chocolate chips over the yogurt mixture if desired.
- Freeze the Bark: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let it set for at least 3-4 hours, or until completely firm.
- Break into Pieces: Once frozen, remove from the freezer and break into bite-sized pieces.
