  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cherries (pitted and halved)
  • 1/4 cup granola or chopped nuts (optional)

  3. Spread the Yogurt: Pour the yogurt mixture onto the parchment paper and spread it evenly into a thin layer.
  4. Add the Cherries: Scatter the halved cherries evenly across the yogurt layer.
  5. Top with Extras: Sprinkle granola, chopped nuts, or chocolate chips over the yogurt mixture if desired.
  6. Freeze the Bark: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let it set for at least 3-4 hours, or until completely firm.
