Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Set the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Chicken: Cook the chicken by boiling, baking, or pan-searing until fully cooked. Let cool, then chop or shred.
  3. Blanch the Broccoli: Boil a pot of water, add broccoli, and cook for 2-3 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath, then drain.
  4. Mix the Sauce: In a large bowl, combine soup, mayonnaise (or sour cream), cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir well.
