- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Activate the Yeast: In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and active dry yeast. Let it sit for about 5–10 minutes until frothy.
- Mix the Dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine bread flour, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Pour in the yeast mixture and olive oil, then mix until a rough dough forms.
- Knead the Dough: Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for about 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- First Rise: Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a clean towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1–1.5 hours or until it doubles in size.
- Shape the Loaves: Punch down the dough and divide it into equal portions. Shape each portion into a loaf or baguette-like form and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Second Rise: Cover the loaves loosely and allow them to rise again for another 30 minutes.
- Prepare the Topping: In a small bowl, mix Parmesan cheese and shredded mozzarella.
- Egg Wash & Herbs: Brush the loaves with egg wash, then sprinkle the cheese mixture generously over the top.
- Bake the Bread: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the loaves for about 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Cool & Serve: Allow the bread to cool slightly before slicing. Enjoy fresh or as the base for your favorite sandwich.
