Instructions

- In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

- Spread potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and tender.
