Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the Pasta: Boil the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Prepare the Sauce: In a large mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup (or Alfredo sauce), sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  4. Assemble the Casserole: Add the cooked chicken and drained pasta to the sauce mixture, stirring to coat evenly. If using vegetables, mix them in at this stage.
