- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Brown the Beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess grease if needed.
- Sauté the Aromatics: Add onion and garlic to the beef, stirring until the onion is soft.
- Build the Sauce: Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the Liquids: Pour in beef broth and heavy cream. Simmer for another 5 minutes.

- Combine with Pasta: Add cooked pasta and toss until evenly coated.
