Breading

Instructions
Preparing the Chicken

- Marinate: Place chicken in a bowl, cover with buttermilk, and marinate for 30 minutes or refrigerate for up to 4 hours.
Preparing the Breading
3. Mix Dry Ingredients: Combine flour, cornstarch, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
4. Coat Chicken: Remove chicken from buttermilk, letting excess drip off, then dredge in flour mixture, pressing to coat evenly.
