Instructions
- Prepare the Shrimp – In a bowl, mix shrimp with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 10–15 minutes.
- Cook the Shrimp – Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove from heat.
- Make the Spicy Mayo – In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, and honey until smooth. Adjust spice level to taste.
- Prepare the Vegetables – Slice avocado, cucumber, and carrots. Chop green onions.
- Assemble the Bowls – Divide cooked rice into serving bowls. Top with shrimp, avocado, cucumber, and carrots.
