Instructions

  • Boil the Eggs: Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then remove from heat and let sit, covered, for 10-12 minutes.
  • Cool and Peel: Transfer eggs to an ice bath for at least 5 minutes. Peel carefully once cooled.
  • Prepare the Filling: Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks, placing them in a bowl.
  • Mix the Ingredients: Mash yolks with a fork and mix in mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, vinegar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  • Fill the Egg Whites: Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  • Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle paprika on top and add optional toppings if desired.
  • Chill if Needed: Refrigerate for up to an hour before serving for the best flavor and texture.
