- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp vinegar (white or apple cider)
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika (for garnish)
- Optional toppings: Chives, crispy bacon, hot sauce, pickles, or fresh herbs
Instructions
- Boil the Eggs: Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then remove from heat and let sit, covered, for 10-12 minutes.
- Cool and Peel: Transfer eggs to an ice bath for at least 5 minutes. Peel carefully once cooled.
- Prepare the Filling: Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks, placing them in a bowl.
- Mix the Ingredients: Mash yolks with a fork and mix in mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, vinegar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Fill the Egg Whites: Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle paprika on top and add optional toppings if desired.
- Chill if Needed: Refrigerate for up to an hour before serving for the best flavor and texture.

- Spicy: Add hot sauce, cayenne pepper, or diced jalapeños.
- Avocado: Replace some or all of the mayo with mashed avocado.
