- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup Cadbury Mini Eggs, crushed (reserve some for topping)
- Sea salt (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Pan – Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
- Melt the Chocolate – In a microwave-safe bowl, combine semi-sweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and butter. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
- Mix in the Condensed Milk – Stir the sweetened condensed milk into the melted chocolate until fully combined.
- Add Vanilla & Mini Eggs – Mix in the vanilla extract and fold in most of the crushed Cadbury Mini Eggs.
- Pour into Pan – Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared dish.
- Top with More Mini Eggs – Sprinkle the reserved Mini Eggs over the top and press gently.
- Chill & Set – Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Slice & Serve – Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
