- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp butter or oil for cooking
- 2 tbsp green onions (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Cook and shred the chicken. Cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble it into small pieces.
- Heat the Pan: Place a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.
- Assemble the Quesadillas: Lay a tortilla flat and sprinkle a layer of cheddar and mozzarella cheese on one half. Add shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and drizzle ranch dressing over the top. Add another layer of cheese before folding the tortilla in half.
- Cook the Quesadilla: Place the folded tortilla in the heated skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until golden brown and crispy, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Repeat: Continue with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Serve: Slice into wedges, garnish with green onions if desired, and serve warm with extra ranch for dipping.
