Instructions

  1. Prepare the Mushrooms – Clean mushrooms with a damp paper towel. Remove stems and finely chop them for the filling.
  2. Preheat the Oven – Set oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  3. Sauté the Aromatics – Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped mushroom stems, garlic, and onion; cook until soft and fragrant.
  4. Prepare the Filling – Remove from heat and mix in bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, parsley, oregano, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Stuff the Mushroom Caps – Spoon filling into mushroom caps, pressing lightly to secure.
