- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Prepare the Mushrooms – Clean mushrooms with a damp paper towel. Remove stems and finely chop them for the filling.
- Preheat the Oven – Set oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Sauté the Aromatics – Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped mushroom stems, garlic, and onion; cook until soft and fragrant.
- Prepare the Filling – Remove from heat and mix in bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, parsley, oregano, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Stuff the Mushroom Caps – Spoon filling into mushroom caps, pressing lightly to secure.
- Bake to Perfection – Arrange mushrooms on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until tops are golden and crisp.
- Serve and Enjoy – Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with additional parsley or Parmesan if desired
