Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Shred the cabbage and carrots, dice the onion, and mince the garlic and ginger.
- Cook the Protein: In a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, cook the ground meat until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease if needed.
- Sauté the Aromatics: Add the diced onion, garlic, and ginger to the pan. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add Vegetables: Toss in the shredded cabbage and carrots, stirring frequently. Cook for about 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Pour over the stir fry and stir well to coat everything evenly.
- Adjust Seasoning: Add sriracha or red pepper flakes for spice, if desired. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
