Description

Flavor-packed Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs combine juicy beef, melted cheese, and a crispy garlic butter coating for a crowd-pleasing snack or meal. Perfect for parties or family gatherings!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 oz cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Beef Filling: Cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add onion and garlic, cooking until softened. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  2. Prepare the Dough: Flatten each biscuit into a circle. Place a spoonful of beef mixture in the center and top with a cheddar cheese cube.
  3. Seal the Bombs: Gather the dough edges over the filling, pinching them together to seal.
  4. Make the Garlic Parmesan Butter: Mix melted butter with minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
  5. Coat the Cheeseburger Bombs: Brush each sealed dough ball with garlic Parmesan butter.
  6. Bake: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place bombs seam-side down on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve: Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with marinara, ranch, or ketchup.

Notes

  • Spicy Kick: Add diced jalapeños or red pepper flakes.
  • Cheese Variations: Swap cheddar for mozzarella, pepper jack, or Swiss.
  • Alternative Dough: Use crescent roll dough or homemade biscuit dough.
  • Extra Crunch: Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs before baking.
  • BBQ Twist: Mix barbecue sauce into the beef filling.
