This Fresh & Flavorful Greek Chicken Flatbread is an easy Mediterranean-inspired dish featuring juicy marinated chicken, crisp veggies, tangy feta, and creamy tzatziki on a crispy flatbread. Perfect for a quick lunch, dinner, or appetizer! Ready in just 25 minutes.
Ingredients
- Flatbread Base: Flatbread or naan, olive oil
- Chicken: Cooked chicken breast (diced or shredded), Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, pepper
- Tzatziki Sauce: Greek yogurt, cucumber (grated), garlic (minced), lemon juice, fresh dill, salt, pepper
- Toppings: Cherry tomatoes (halved), red onion (sliced), Kalamata olives (chopped), feta cheese (crumbled), fresh parsley, red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: If using raw chicken, marinate in olive oil, Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes. Cook until done, then dice or shred.
- Make Tzatziki Sauce: Grate cucumber and squeeze out moisture. Mix with Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, fresh dill, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Preheat Oven: Set to 375°F (190°C). Brush flatbread with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
- Assemble Flatbread: Top with cooked chicken, cherry tomatoes, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.
- Bake: Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are golden and crisp.
- Garnish & Serve: Drizzle with tzatziki, sprinkle with parsley and optional red pepper flakes. Slice and serve warm.
