Instructions

- Set Up the Breading Station: In one bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. In another, mix graham cracker or vanilla wafer crumbs with sugar and cinnamon. Place flour in a third bowl.
- Coat the Cheesecake Bites: Roll each frozen cheesecake piece in flour, then dip it into the egg mixture, and finally coat it with the graham cracker crumb mixture. For an extra crispy texture, repeat the egg and crumb coating process.
- Heat the Oil: In a deep pan or fryer, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C). Ensure the oil is hot enough to crisp the bites without absorbing excess oil.
- Fry the Bites: Carefully drop a few cheesecake bites into the oil and fry for about 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Avoid overcrowding the pan.
- Drain and Cool: Remove the bites with a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.
