Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Set oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and grease lightly.
- Prepare the Brownie Batter: In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: Sift together cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt. Fold into wet ingredients until just combined.
