Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Set oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook the Beef Mixture: In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and chopped onion until beef is browned and onion is tender. Drain excess grease.
- Season the Filling: Stir in minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Prepare the Dough: Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a small circle.
- Assemble the Bombs: Place a spoonful of the beef mixture onto each dough circle. Add a cube or small slice of cheddar cheese on top.
- Seal and Shape: Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, pinching to seal. Roll gently into a ball.
- Prepare the Garlic Parmesan Topping: Mix melted butter, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
- Coat the Bombs: Brush garlic Parmesan butter over each cheeseburger bomb.
- Bake: Arrange on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
