Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 4 oz cheddar cheese, cubed or sliced
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Set oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook the Beef Mixture: In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and chopped onion until beef is browned and onion is tender. Drain excess grease.
  3. Season the Filling: Stir in minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Prepare the Dough: Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a small circle.
  5. Assemble the Bombs: Place a spoonful of the beef mixture onto each dough circle. Add a cube or small slice of cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Seal and Shape: Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, pinching to seal. Roll gently into a ball.
  7. Prepare the Garlic Parmesan Topping: Mix melted butter, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
  8. Coat the Bombs: Brush garlic Parmesan butter over each cheeseburger bomb.
  9. Bake: Arrange on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Serve: Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce.
