Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for even roasting.
- Prepare Potatoes: Wash and dry the potatoes. Toss them with 1 tbsp olive oil, half the minced garlic, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, and paprika. Spread on one side of a baking sheet.

- Arrange and Sprinkle: Place the chicken next to the potatoes, ensuring space between each piece. Sprinkle grated parmesan evenly over both the chicken and potatoes.
- Roast: Bake for 35–40 minutes, flipping the potatoes halfway. Ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle fresh parsley over the dish and serve hot.
