  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel to ensure even roasting.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Toss shrimp in the seasoning mixture, ensuring even coating.
  5. Arrange shrimp in a single layer on the baking sheet without overcrowding.
  6. Roast for 8-10 minutes until shrimp turn pink and opaque. For extra crispiness, broil for an additional 1-2 minutes.
