- ½ cup chicken broth
- ¾ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)

Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Season chicken with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Cook Chicken: Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- Boil Tortellini & Broccoli: Bring salted water to a boil, cook tortellini as per package instructions. In the last 2 minutes of cooking, add broccoli to blanch. Drain and set aside.
- Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, melt remaining butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Add Cheese: Gradually stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
- Combine Everything: Add chicken, tortellini, and broccoli to the skillet. Toss to coat evenly in sauce.
