Ingredients

Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat & Prepare – Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Mix Dry Ingredients – In a medium bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
3️⃣ Combine Wet Ingredients – In a separate large bowl, whisk eggs, applesauce, vanilla extract, milk, oil, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
4️⃣ Incorporate Dry Ingredients – Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.
5️⃣ Optional Additions – Fold in chocolate chips if desired.
6️⃣ Bake – Pour batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
