  • Wrap Base: 4 whole wheat or regular tortillas

  • Cheese: ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Dressing: ½ cup Greek yogurt or light ranch dressing, 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice, 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Chicken: Preheat grill to medium-high. Brush chicken with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
2️⃣ Grill the Chicken: Cook for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked (internal temp 165°F). Let rest, then slice.
3️⃣ Make the Dressing: Mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and parsley in a bowl for a light ranch dressing.
4️⃣ Assemble the Wraps: Lay tortillas flat and layer with romaine lettuce, grilled chicken slices, cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots, and cheddar cheese.
