- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp milk or water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven – Set your oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the dough – In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together honey (or maple syrup), melted coconut oil (or butter), vanilla extract, and milk (or water).

- Roll out the dough – Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out evenly until it is about ⅛ inch thick.
- Cut into cereal shapes – Using a knife or a pizza cutter, cut the dough into small squares or desired shapes.
- Bake – Transfer the pieces onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until crisp.
- Cool and store – Allow the cereal to cool completely before transferring it to an airtight container.
- Serve and enjoy – Serve with your favorite milk or yogurt, or eat as a snack.
