  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup sour cream

Instructions

  • Cook the Ground Beef:
    • In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain excess grease.
    • Stir in taco seasoning with a splash of water. Cook until the beef is fragrant and coated. Set aside.
  • Prepare the Tortillas:
    • Warm tortillas in the microwave or on a dry skillet until pliable.
  • Layer the Crunch Wrap:
    • Lay a tortilla flat. Spread a spoonful of nacho cheese sauce in the center.
    • Add a scoop of seasoned ground beef. Top with a tostada shell.
    • Spread sour cream on the tostada shell. Add lettuce, tomatoes, and shredded cheese.
  • Fold the Tortilla:
    • Fold the edges of the tortilla inward, pleating to fully enclose the fillings. Press gently to seal.
  • Toast the Crunch Wrap:
    • Heat a skillet over medium heat with a light coating of oil.
    • Place the crunch wrap seam-side down. Cook 2–3 minutes until golden and crispy. Flip and cook the other side.
  • Repeat and Serve:
