- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Butter – Let the butter soften at room temperature.
- Mince the Garlic – Finely mince or use a garlic press for a smoother texture.
- Mix the Ingredients – In a bowl, combine butter, garlic, olive oil, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
- Enhance the Flavor – Add lemon juice, Parmesan cheese, or red pepper flakes if desired.
- Shape & Store – Transfer to parchment paper, roll into a log, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Use as Needed – Slice portions for spreading on bread, melting over meats, or mixing into pasta.
