  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Peaches – Peel and dice the peaches.
  2. Combine Ingredients – In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add peaches, tomato sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, honey, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard.
  3. Season the Sauce – Stir in smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne (if using), salt, and pepper. Add water to adjust consistency.
  4. Simmer and Cook – Bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally. Cook for 20-25 minutes until peaches soften and flavors meld.
  5. Blend Until Smooth – Use an immersion or regular blender to puree until smooth.
  6. Adjust Consistency and Flavor – Add water if needed, and adjust seasoning.
  7. Cool and Store – Let cool before transferring to an airtight container. Refrigerate until use.
