  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Set oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare Spinach: If using frozen spinach, thaw and squeeze out excess moisture. If fresh, chop finely and lightly sauté.
  3. Mix Base: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth.
  4. Add Flavor: Mix in garlic, Parmesan, mozzarella, salt, and pepper until well incorporated.
  5. Combine Ingredients: Fold in chopped artichoke hearts and prepared spinach.
  6. Transfer to Baking Dish: Spread mixture evenly in an oven-safe dish.
