Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Puff Pastry
Thaw puff pastry sheets according to package instructions and lay them flat on parchment paper or a clean surface.

Step 2: Preheat the Oven
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 3: Assemble the Pastry
Place a slice of ham on one side of the pastry, leaving a half-inch border. Add cheese on top of the ham and spread Dijon mustard if using.

Step 4: Fold and Seal
Fold the pastry over to enclose the filling and press the edges tightly to seal.
