Ingredients
- Chicken – 3 cups, cooked and shredded (breast or thighs)
- Cream cheese – 8 oz, softened
- Cheddar cheese – 1 ½ cups, shredded
- Monterey Jack cheese – 1 cup, shredded
- Jalapeños – 2-3, sliced
- Bacon – 6 slices, cooked and crumbled
- Heavy cream – ½ cup
- Garlic powder – 1 tsp
- Onion powder – 1 tsp
- Paprika – ½ tsp
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Black pepper – ½ tsp
- Butter – 2 tbsp
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat Oven – Set oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
2️⃣ Prepare Chicken – If not cooked, bake, boil, or pan-fry chicken until tender. Shred and place in the baking dish.
3️⃣ Make Cheese Sauce – Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth.
4️⃣ Assemble Casserole – Pour cheese sauce over chicken, mix well. Top with cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese.
5️⃣ Add Jalapeños & Bacon – Sprinkle sliced jalapeños and crumbled bacon evenly over the top.
6️⃣ Bake – Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
7️⃣ Serve – Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
