Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness.
- Set up a breading station:
- Dish 1: Flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of Italian seasoning.
- Dish 2: Whisked eggs.
- Dish 3: Panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and additional Italian seasoning.
