Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken:
    • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness.
    • Set up a breading station:
      • Dish 1: Flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of Italian seasoning.
      • Dish 2: Whisked eggs.
      • Dish 3: Panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and additional Italian seasoning.
    • Dredge chicken in flour, coat in egg, and cover with breadcrumb mixture.
  2. Fry the Chicken:
