- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 10 oz cheese tortellini
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Β½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Β½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Β½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Prepare the chicken β Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- Cook the aromatics β In the same skillet, add more olive oil if needed. SautΓ© minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Make the sauce β Pour in chicken broth, scraping up browned bits. Stir in heavy cream, parmesan cheese, and red pepper flakes. Simmer until slightly thickened.
- Cook the tortellini β Meanwhile, cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Combine everything β Slice chicken and return it to the skillet along with tortellini. Toss everything together to coat in the creamy sauce.
