- 2 tbsp sour cream
- ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 3 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ⅛ tsp paprika (plus more for garnish)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley or chives, chopped (plus extra for garnish)
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Celery
Wash celery stalks thoroughly under cold water. Trim the ends and cut each stalk into 3- to 4-inch pieces. Pat dry with a paper towel and set aside. - Make the Filling
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Stir in cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix until evenly combined. - Season the Mixture
Taste and adjust with salt and black pepper. Fold in chopped parsley or chives for added freshness. - Stuff the Celery
Fill each celery stick with the prepared mixture using a spoon or piping bag. Smooth the top with the back of a spoon for a clean presentation. - Garnish and Serve
