  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley or chives, chopped (plus extra for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Celery
    Wash celery stalks thoroughly under cold water. Trim the ends and cut each stalk into 3- to 4-inch pieces. Pat dry with a paper towel and set aside.
