A refreshing and tropical passion fruit iced tea made with black or green tea, naturally sweetened, and served over ice. Perfect for warm days and a healthier alternative to sugary drinks.

- 4 cups water
- 2 passion fruits (or 1/2 cup passion fruit pulp)
- 2–3 black tea bags (or green tea for a lighter flavor)
- 2 tablespoons honey or sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional, for added tang)
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)
- Passion fruit seeds (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Brew the Tea – Bring 4 cups of water to a gentle boil, remove from heat, and steep tea bags for 5-7 minutes. Let it cool to room temperature.
- Prepare the Passion Fruit – Scoop out the passion fruit pulp into a bowl. Strain if a smoother texture is preferred.
- Sweeten the Tea – Stir in honey or sugar while the tea is still warm to help it dissolve. Add lemon juice if desired.
- Mix and Chill – Combine the cooled tea with the passion fruit pulp and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Serve Over Ice – Fill glasses with ice, pour in the chilled tea, and garnish with mint leaves and passion fruit seeds.
