Instructions
Prepare the Coffee Mixture
- Brew a strong espresso or coffee and allow it to cool.

Make the Pistachio Mascarpone Cream
- In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks and granulated sugar until pale and thick.
- Add the mascarpone cheese and pistachio paste, stirring gently until fully incorporated.

Assemble the Tiramisu
