Instructions
- Fill a pot with water, add a pinch of salt, and bring it to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until fork-tender, about 10–12 minutes.
- In a separate pot, bring water to a boil and blanch green beans for about 3–4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add drained potatoes and green beans to the skillet, tossing gently in the garlic-infused oil.
- Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice for added brightness.
- Sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve warm.
