Perfect for gifting, holiday gatherings, or satisfying your sweet tooth.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 8 oz white chocolate, melted
  • 8 oz milk or dark chocolate (for coating)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or butter (optional, for smooth coating)
  • Extra pumpkin spice or crushed graham crackers (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base – In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, softened cream cheese, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  2. Add Dry Ingredients – Mix in powdered sugar, pumpkin spice, and graham cracker crumbs until a dough-like consistency forms.
  3. Melt White Chocolate – Melt white chocolate using a microwave or double boiler. Let cool slightly before incorporating into the pumpkin mixture.
  4. Chill the Mixture – Refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour to firm up.

  6. Melt the Coating Chocolate – Melt milk or dark chocolate with coconut oil or butter for a smooth finish.
  7. Coat the Truffles – Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, ensuring full coverage. Place on parchment paper.
  8. Garnish – Sprinkle extra pumpkin spice or crushed graham crackers on top before the chocolate hardens.
  9. Set the Truffles – Allow to set at room temperature or in the refrigerator until firm.
  10. Enjoy! – Serve immediately or store for later.
