- 3 bell peppers (red, yellow, or green), sliced

- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 8 small tortillas

Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients – Slice the chicken into thin strips. Cut the bell peppers and onion into thin slices.
- Season the Chicken – In a bowl, mix the chicken strips with lime juice, chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Cook the Chicken – Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Sauté the Vegetables – In the same pan, add a little more oil if needed. Toss in the sliced onions and bell peppers. Cook for about 5 minutes until they are slightly tender but still crisp.
- Combine and Serve – Return the cooked chicken to the pan and stir to combine with the veggies. Cook for another 2 minutes to blend the flavors.
- Assemble the Fajitas – Warm the tortillas and fill them with the chicken and vegetable mixture. Top with cilantro, sour cream, or guacamole as desired.
